Reservas en línea de alojamientos curados en Isla Mujeres, Bacalar y Mahahual. Hoy pagas solo un depósito; el saldo lo pagas al llegar. Antes de pagar ves el total, lo que incluye y la política de cancelación de ese alojamiento. Al pagar el depósito aceptas estos términos.

1. Quiénes somos

Castellanos Náay Collection, con sede en Isla Mujeres, Quintana Roo, México, ofrece una selección de alojamientos de renta vacacional y administra sus reservas. Para cualquier asunto sobre una reserva escríbenos a castellanosnaaycollection@gmail.com o por WhatsApp al +52 998 482 6674.

2. Cómo se hace y se confirma una reserva

• Eliges alojamiento, fechas, número de huéspedes y extras, y el sitio te muestra el total antes de pagar.
• Al pasar a pagar, apartamos tus fechas durante 30 minutos para que completes el pago. Si no lo completas, las fechas vuelven a quedar libres.
• La reserva queda confirmada cuando se acredita el pago del depósito y te llega el correo de confirmación. Por eso el correo es obligatorio y debe ser uno al que tengas acceso.
• También puedes reservar escribiéndonos por WhatsApp o correo; en ese caso se aplican estos mismos términos.

3. Precios y pagos

• Todos los precios están en pesos mexicanos (MXN).
• El precio por noche incluye el número de personas que indica cada ficha. Cada persona adicional se agrega como un extra con su precio por noche.
• El total de la estancia suma las noches, los extras que elijas, la limpieza final y, si la propiedad la ofrece y la eliges, la limpieza durante la estancia.
• Depósito (lo que pagas hoy): es la parte que se cobra al reservar, más el cargo del procesador de pagos. El sitio te muestra el monto exacto antes de pagar.
• Saldo (lo que pagas al llegar): es el resto de la estancia y se paga en el hospedaje. El saldo que ves incluye el cargo por pago en el hospedaje que indica cada propiedad.
• Los pagos los procesan PayPal y Mercado Pago. Nosotras no vemos ni guardamos los datos de tu tarjeta.

4. Llegada, salida y capacidad

Cada alojamiento tiene su propio horario, estancia mínima y número máximo de huéspedes. Estos son los vigentes:

Si necesitas llegar o salir fuera de horario, avísanos con tiempo: está sujeto a disponibilidad y puede tener el cargo que indica la tabla. No se puede exceder el número máximo de huéspedes de la ficha.

5. Reglas de convivencia y cuidado del alojamiento

• Cada ficha indica sus reglas sobre mascotas, fumar y ruido. Al reservar te comprometes a respetarlas.
• Eres responsable de los daños que tú o tus acompañantes causen al alojamiento, al mobiliario o a las áreas compartidas.
• Podemos pedirte que dejes el alojamiento si se pone en riesgo a otras personas o a la propiedad.

6. Cancelaciones y cambios

La política de cancelación depende de cada alojamiento, se muestra en su ficha antes de pagar y está explicada en la política de cancelación. Los cambios de fechas dependen de la disponibilidad: escríbenos lo antes posible.

7. Si nosotras no podemos darte el alojamiento

Si tenemos que cancelar tu reserva o no podemos ofrecerte el alojamiento reservado, te devolvemos todo lo que hayas pagado, o buscamos contigo otra opción si la prefieres.

8. Responsabilidad

Hacemos lo posible por que la información de cada alojamiento (fotos, descripciones, servicios) sea fiel. No somos responsables por eventos fuera de nuestro control, como fenómenos naturales, cierres de servicios o transporte; en esos casos buscaremos contigo una solución razonable. Los objetos que lleves contigo son tu responsabilidad.

10. Quejas y aclaraciones

Si algo no salió como esperabas, escríbenos primero: queremos resolverlo. También puedes acudir a la Procuraduría Federal del Consumidor (PROFECO).

11. Cambios a estos términos

Si cambiamos estos términos, publicaremos la nueva versión en esta página con su fecha. A tu reserva le aplican los términos vigentes cuando pagaste el depósito. Estos términos se rigen por las leyes de México.

Online bookings for curated stays in Isla Mujeres, Bacalar and Mahahual. Today you pay only a deposit; you pay the balance on arrival. Before paying you see the total, what it includes and that property's cancellation policy. By paying the deposit you accept these terms.

1. Who we are

Castellanos Náay Collection, based in Isla Mujeres, Quintana Roo, Mexico, offers a selection of vacation rental properties and manages their bookings. For anything about a booking write to castellanosnaaycollection@gmail.com or on WhatsApp at +52 998 482 6674.

2. How a booking is made and confirmed

• You choose the property, dates, number of guests and extras, and the site shows you the total before you pay.
• When you go to pay we hold your dates for 30 minutes so you can complete the payment. If you do not, the dates become available again.
• The booking is confirmed when the deposit payment is received and you get the confirmation email. That is why the email is required and must be one you can access.
• You can also book by writing to us on WhatsApp or by email; these same terms apply.

3. Prices and payments

• All prices are in Mexican pesos (MXN).
• The nightly price includes the number of people stated on each listing. Each additional person is added as an extra with its nightly price.
• The stay total adds the nights, the extras you choose, the final cleaning and, if the property offers it and you choose it, cleaning during the stay.
• Deposit (what you pay today): the part charged when you book, plus the payment processor's fee. The site shows you the exact amount before you pay.
• Balance (what you pay on arrival): the rest of the stay, paid at the property. The balance you see includes the payment-at-the-property charge stated by each property.
• Payments are processed by PayPal and Mercado Pago. We never see or store your card details.

4. Check-in, check-out and capacity

Each property has its own schedule, minimum stay and maximum number of guests. These are the current ones:

If you need to arrive or leave outside these hours, let us know in advance: it depends on availability and may carry the charge shown in the table. The maximum number of guests on the listing cannot be exceeded.

5. House rules and caring for the property

• Each listing states its rules on pets, smoking and noise. By booking you agree to follow them.
• You are responsible for damage that you or your companions cause to the property, furniture or shared areas.
• We may ask you to leave if other people or the property are put at risk.

6. Cancellations and changes

The cancellation policy depends on each property, is shown on its listing before you pay and is explained in the cancellation policy. Date changes depend on availability: write to us as soon as possible.

7. If we cannot provide the stay

If we have to cancel your booking or cannot offer the property you booked, we refund everything you paid, or work with you on another option if you prefer.

8. Liability

We do our best to keep each property's information (photos, descriptions, amenities) accurate. We are not responsible for events beyond our control, such as natural phenomena, or service or transport closures; in those cases we will look for a reasonable solution with you. Belongings you bring are your responsibility.

9. Your personal data

We handle your data as explained in our privacy notice.

10. Complaints and clarifications

If something did not go as you expected, write to us first: we want to fix it. You can also go to the Federal Consumer Protection Agency (PROFECO).

11. Changes to these terms

If we change these terms, we will publish the new version on this page with its date. Your booking is governed by the terms in force when you paid the deposit. These terms are governed by the laws of Mexico.
