Política de cancelación

Cada alojamiento tiene su propia política. La que aplica a tu reserva es la que ves en su ficha, en «Políticas de la estancia», antes de pagar. Aquí te explicamos cómo funciona y cuál es la de cada uno.

Estas son las reglas vigentes. El porcentaje se calcula sobre el depósito que pagaste al reservar:

2. Cómo funcionan los tipos de política

Cancelación gratuita hasta cierta fecha: si cancelas dentro de ese plazo no pierdes nada de tu depósito. Pasado el plazo se retiene el porcentaje indicado.
Con retención: si cancelas, se retiene el porcentaje indicado del depósito.
Sin reembolso: el depósito no se devuelve si cancelas.

El saldo que se paga al llegar no se cobra si cancelas antes de tu llegada.

3. Cómo cancelar

Escríbenos por WhatsApp al +52 998 482 6674 o a castellanosnaaycollection@gmail.com con tu nombre y las fechas de tu reserva. Cuenta la fecha y hora en que recibimos tu mensaje. Te confirmaremos por correo la cancelación y, si te corresponde un reembolso, su monto.

4. Reembolsos

Si te corresponde un reembolso, lo hacemos por el mismo medio con el que pagaste (PayPal o Mercado Pago). El tiempo en que lo ves reflejado depende de ese medio de pago y de tu banco.

5. Si no llegas

Si no te presentas y no nos avisaste, se aplica la política del alojamiento como si hubieras cancelado una vez vencido el plazo gratuito.

6. Cambios de fechas

Si quieres mover tus fechas, escríbenos lo antes posible. Depende de la disponibilidad y, si tu política tiene plazo gratuito, conviene hacerlo dentro de ese plazo.

7. Si cancelamos nosotras

Si tenemos que cancelar tu reserva, te devolvemos todo lo que hayas pagado, o buscamos contigo otra opción si la prefieres.

Cancellation policy

Each property has its own policy. The one that applies to your booking is the one you see on its listing, under "Stay policies", before paying. Here we explain how it works and what each one is.

These are the current rules. The percentage is calculated on the deposit you paid when booking:

2. How the policy types work

Free cancellation until a date: if you cancel within that window you lose none of your deposit. After the window, the stated percentage is retained.
With a retention: if you cancel, the stated percentage of the deposit is retained.
Non-refundable: the deposit is not returned if you cancel.

The balance paid on arrival is not charged if you cancel before your arrival.

3. How to cancel

Write to us on WhatsApp at +52 998 482 6674 or at castellanosnaaycollection@gmail.com with your name and booking dates. The date and time we receive your message is what counts. We will confirm the cancellation by email and, if you are due a refund, its amount.

4. Refunds

If you are due a refund, we make it through the same method you paid with (PayPal or Mercado Pago). How long it takes to show up depends on that payment method and your bank.

5. If you do not show up

If you do not arrive and did not let us know, the property's policy applies as if you had cancelled after the free window.

6. Date changes

If you want to move your dates, write to us as soon as possible. It depends on availability and, if your policy has a free window, it is best to do it within that window.

7. If we cancel

If we have to cancel your booking, we refund everything you paid, or work with you on another option if you prefer.
